The mission of the Industrial Development Authority encompass several large tasks such as the development and procurement of industry into our industrial parks and pursuit of commercial ventures to provide for economic development within McKee and Jackson County.

Our meeting is the first Tuesday in every month at 11:00 am at the Empowerment Zone Office on Water street.
The industrial development authority is: Economic development Liaison.
We are aware of what training programs the Federal Government might offer. As well as new industries businesses training programs.
We offer incentives: such as pots of money to loan to businesses and industries. We are competitive with the banks rates.
Daniel Boone also has funds to help fund business training.
